Refunds/exchanges are accepted within valid reason. Below are our exceptions to our return and refund policy.
- Discounted/Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The customer will be liable for any additional shipping fees for the transportation on returned and exchanged products.
- Returned products are to be in their original packaging with no signs of wear or use.
- Should the product arrive damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility not to accept the order and return the product with the courier. If the product has been damaged by our courier, the customer will receive a replacement (free of charge) upon return of the damaged goods.
- Please note: If the customer has used their own courier, we unfortunately cannot be held liable for any damages once the order has left our premises.
TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE, PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
Email us at online@mixandmatch.co.za with the following information:
- The name and size of the product/s you want to return/exchange.
- The reason for your return/exchange.
- Is the product still in its’ original packaging?
- The date the product was received.
Once your email has been received, it will be evaluated and responded to within 1 – 2 business days with the procedure to follow.
- Depending on where the customer is situated, replacement products will take between 3 – 5 business days to arrive upon return of faulty/damaged/unwanted product.
- Shipping fees will be sent to the customer in the responding email.
- If the product has been lost or damaged, Mix and Match will replace the product free of charge considering the product was sent by our courier
- Dispatch of replaced goods will be made within 3 – 5 business days upon arrival of damaged goods.
