All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and shipment will be made within 3 – 5 business days (you will receive another notification when your order has been shipped).

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your return/exchange will be calculated and sent to you via email.

Please note: Mix and Match always strive to provide our customers with the highest quality of service. Whilst we do our best to complete orders within our specified time frame, delayed orders due to courier service problems (road blocks, traffic delays etc.) and/or unforeseen economic activities are unfortunately out of our control.

IN-STORE PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with FREE local pickup in store at 224 Jacobs Road, Clairwood, Durban. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email once your order is ready along with instructions. Please note if you are using your own courier for pickup – you are responsible for arranging the pickup with them and ensuring they collect your order in our below specified hours.

Our in-store pickup hours are 8:00 – 16:00, Monday to Thursday and 8:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 16:00 on Friday. Please note we are closed for mosque on Friday from 12:00 – 13:00.
